Tylenone, also known as Tylenone or Tylenomycin, is a macrolide antibiotic obtained by the United States in 1959 from the culture medium of Streptomyces freundii. Tylosin is a white plate-like crystal, slightly soluble in water, and alkaline. The products include tartrate, phosphate, hydrochloride, sulfate, and lactate, which are easily soluble in water. Its aqueous solution can be stored for 3 months at 25 ℃ and pH 5.5-7.5. However, if the aqueous solution contains metal ions such as iron and copper, it will render the product ineffective.
Tylosin is a specialized antibiotic for livestock and poultry, and it will not cause cross resistance issues to humans. The addition dose is small and can be added to feed at low doses for a long time, with a significantly better growth promoting effect than most other antibiotics. It is quickly absorbed by oral administration when added to feed, and generally reaches the highest blood drug concentration within 2-3 hours; Widely distributed within the organization, maintaining effective antibacterial concentration for a long time, and thorough excretion
